Characteristic of different galvanized steel wire ropes

Steel wire ropes are widely used in some daily drawing work. When in use, in order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel wire ropes, some treatment processes are generally adopted for the steel wire ropes. A common wire rope treatment process is galvanizing. The cores of galvanized steel wire ropes used to be made of sisal and jute in the past, but because these materials are easy to absorb acid, alkali, seawater and other corrosive substances during work, the inner steel wires will rust and break early, so polypropylene has been used as the rope core.
